If the seller does not ship the item within 2 working days, they will be penalized accordingly.
After 2 working days, we will try everything in our power to ensure seller ships the product as soon as possible. If no resolution is reached within 5 days, a full refund will be issued to the buyer. After which the seller's account will be suspended with additional penalties enforced.
That being said, depending on the situation we might give sellers an extension on the shipping period.
